We offer a 30-day return period for most items. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Extended Christmas Returns 2026

For Christmas 2026 purchases, we're extending our standard returns deadline to 31 January 2027. Please contact us by this date to request a return. All other return conditions still apply. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Change-of-mind returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned in a resalable condition, with tags where applicable. You may inspect and try an item as you reasonably would in a shop, but we may make a deduction from the refund if handling has reduced its value.

To start a return, email halfell.apparel@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a UK return address.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Your statutory 14-day cancellation right

For most online purchases, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from the day you receive the goods to tell us you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Where the statutory cancellation right applies, we will refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.

We will make the refund within 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or within 14 days after you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by our voluntary returns policy. If goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality, please contact us promptly. Where the law gives you a right to reject the goods, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs.
