The Fellguard is a three-layer waterproof hardshell built for the outdoors and the weather they throw at you. A heavyweight face fabric and fully taped seams give it the durability for sustained use in rough conditions, while a laminated membrane delivers reliable waterproofing and high breathability for long days on the move.

A muted, earthy beige with subtle olive-green and grey undertones.
Model is 5'11" (180 cm) and wears a Medium.
Fabric & Performance
- Three-layer construction with a heavyweight 75-denier face fabric for high abrasion and tear resistance.
- Medium size: 700g, built for sustained wear in cold, wet winter conditions rather than as an ultralight summer shell
- Laminated waterproof and breathable membrane, fully seam-taped throughout.
- Rated to 20,000mm hydrostatic head and 20,000g MVTR breathability (SGS verified).
- C0 PFC-free DWR, free from fluorocarbons and compliant with current UK and EU PFAS regulations.
- Face fabric certified to OEKO-TEX Standard.
- NOTE: The fabric's colour may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions, with natural and artificial light bringing out different tones.
Features & Fit
- Two underarm pit zips for active ventilation
- YKK AquaGuard water-resistant zips throughout, with a two-way front zip for access over a harness or pack hip-belt
- Pack-compatible chest pockets positioned clear of hip belts and shoulder straps
- True mountain fit, cut to layer over mid and base layers. If you normally sit between two sizes, we recommend sizing up so you have room to layer underneath.
- Articulated sleeves and fully adjustable hood, hem and cuffs
Care & Washing
- Wash at 30°C.
- Close zips, fasten cuffs.
- Use a technical cleaner, not regular detergent or fabric softener.
- Wash on a gentle cycle.
- Rinse thoroughly.

A superb jacket! Great fit and the material is tough and super waterproof. There’s obviously a lot of thought gone into this. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for something to keep you dry out in the elements.

I buy a lot of outdoor clothing and I recently came across this website- the customer service was and is incredibly helpful the young man who is the owner could not off been more helpful omg he’s amazing- so I ordered the jacket after speaking to him and watching his videos it arrived today and my first thought was the weight is incredible the material is unbelievable what a beautiful made jacket can’t wait to try it out up here in the highlands of Scotland- first impression love it can’t wait to see what comes next from this company hopefully a fleece to go with the jacket it wld finish it on beautifully - well worth the money thank you

Excellent jacket and outstanding personal service
I'm absolutely delighted with my Fellguard jacket. The fit is perfect, the material is perfect, and it looks great on. I was particularly concerned about getting the sleeve length right, but after contacting Daniel, his recommendation of a Medium was spot on.
The personal service was excellent, with Daniel taking the time to answer my questions and offer advice before I ordered. That level of care makes a real difference.
I also love the fact that Halfell is a new business with a clear passion behind it. I'm genuinely pleased to support the brand and hope it goes from strength to strength.

Excellent quality jacket with robust, durable triple-layer material and impressive attention to detail. The zips, pull tabs and fastenings all feel solid, sturdy and well engineered.
The overall construction and finish are superb, giving real confidence that this jacket is built to last.
I'm 5'9" with an average build and opted for a Medium, which fits perfectly while leaving plenty of room for layering up when the temperatures plummet.
Put it to the test during a two-hour dog walk at the weekend in some pretty miserable weather, and the only part of me that got wet was my feet, courtesy of my Gore-Tex boots 🤔

Great value, toys have to pay over £500 for an equivalent with any of the big brands. Lovely fit, colour and quality. Very happy indeed!

What can I say except unbelievable, service at its best ,I ordered the wrong size but was dealt with instantly no quibbles ! WhatsApp immediately. New size arrived within days and all can say is perfect ! Quality is 10/10 better than market leading brands by a mile and as good as military grade .

Really pleased with the jacket, well made and designed with a person who has experience of the importance of keeping dry in mind, and attention to small details.
I am outdoors a lot of time and I bought this jacket after having had a Musto, Patagonia,Paramo, Schoffel to name a few that failed on me.
The rain protection and breathabilty of this jacket was the difference of buying a Halfell over the Kuiu I also looked at.
Vey pleased customer and would definitely recommend them.

Bought the jacket followed the size guide which was helpful as I'd normally by large . Pleased I listened. The jacket is really well made, warm easy to layer up. Comfortable hood , definitely water proof! Gave it a good work out on a hard day. Found it breathable and the under arm vents worked a treat. Several people also commented how smart it was . Really good product that I would compare favourably with some big out door clothing companies. Well done excellent product.

Slipped into this Jacket and immediately k ew it was going to fit the bill and wouldn’t let me down. Great colour, fit and practically placed pockets. Good shock cord tie outs to cinch jkt and hood up when required. Roomy hood so wearing headgear underneath won’t be a problem. This will become part of my regular loadout when on the hills and the weather is unpredictable. Great pit vents which I’m sure will come in handy as I do tend to build up some heat. Great service from Halfell. Deffo recommend you won’t regret it

Straight away you can tell this product is quality! Lots of pockets and is warm and gives you that sense of relief when the weather changes, you know this product will deliver in keeping you dry.
