Shipping Rates
Standard UK shipping is £4.99. Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.
When will my order be dispatched and when will it arrive?
I aim to dispatch all UK orders placed Monday to Friday within 24 hours wherever possible. Orders placed after 20:00 on Friday, or over the weekend, will usually be dispatched on Monday. Once dispatched, most UK orders arrive within 2 to 3 working days via Royal Mail tracked services.
Pre-order items
Some products, like the Fellguard Hardshell Jacket, are available for pre-order ahead of their release date. Pre-order items are dispatched as soon as they arrive in stock, the expected dispatch date is shown on the product page. You'll get a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, and if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything ships together once the pre-order item arrives.
Packaging
All deliveries come in durable paper packaging that is fully recyclable. Please consider reusing or recycling the packaging you receive rather than simply throwing it away.
