UK delivery

Standard UK shipping is £4.99. Orders over £50 qualify for free standard UK shipping.

We aim to dispatch orders placed Monday to Friday within 24 hours wherever possible. Orders placed after 20:00 on Friday or over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday.

After dispatch, most UK orders arrive within 2 to 3 working days using a tracked Royal Mail service. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you have identified to receive them.

Delays

If there is a significant delay, contact us and we will investigate. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights where delivery is late or does not take place within the period agreed with you.
