Every Halfell product is built to be worn hard and last for years. I back that up with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering things like faulty seams, zips, stitching, or delamination of the fabric.
The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by improper washing or care, since those aren't faults in how the product was made.
If you think something has failed through a fault rather than fair use, email me at halfell.apparel@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and a few photos. I'll take a look and put it right, whether that's a repair, a replacement, or a refund.
This warranty sits alongside your statutory rights as a consumer and doesn't replace them.
